How It Works
We understand the urgency in getting your unit fixed while maintaining reasonable costs and highquality services. To give you the most accurate analysis, bring your laptop in and after examining it carefully, we will provide you with a clear repair diagnosis, estimated costs and a proposed time of completion for the repair. Should you wish to proceed with the repair of your laptop, IBC will waive the initial diagnostic fee of $35. Still not sure? We understand feel free to pick up your laptop with it’s repair diagnosis for $35 and come back when you are ready to proceed with the repair!
